Privacy Policy

PropPredict.AI is operated by Nelli Mirakyan. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and your choices. Questions: connect@proppredict.ai.

Account: your name, email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash). Billing: handled by our payment processor, Stripe, which collects your card and billing details; we keep only your Stripe customer number, plan and subscription status, never card numbers. What you enter: deals, notes, contact details you add, portfolio holdings and values, report contact details (kept in your browser). Usage: log-in times and technical logs (IP address, browser, pages and errors) kept to run and secure the Service.

We use this information to provide the Service, keep accounts secure, bill you, support you and improve the Service. We do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Service shows owner names and mailing addresses from public property records (the Los Angeles County Assessor and other public sources), together with property facts and sale history. This is publicly available information. We use it to describe properties and how likely they are to sell; we do not combine it with information about owners from other sources such as social media or credit data.

If you believe a record about you is wrong, or you have a privacy request, contact connect@proppredict.ai. Corrections to the official record must be made with the County.

Hosting (Vercel), database (Neon) and payments (Stripe, which also sends billing emails such as receipts). They process data only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and users.

We use cookies needed to keep you logged in. The owner report saves your contact details in your own browser. Stripe’s checkout and billing pages use their own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Account data and your content: while your account is open and up to 90 days after closing, unless the law requires longer (billing records are kept as tax law requires). Logs: up to 12 months.

You can view and change your content in the Service and close your account at any time. California residents may have rights to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for using them; we honor these requests for account information whether or not the law requires it. Send requests to connect@proppredict.ai; we will verify your identity before acting.

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and each user can see only their own deals, notes and portfolio. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at connect@proppredict.ai if you find a problem.

The Service is for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We will post changes here and, for material changes, tell users by email or in the Service.
